These terms govern collection and delivery services provided by Freightwise Logistics Limited (Company No. 16561282), registered in England & Wales. By booking a job you accept these terms.

1. Quotes and payment

Prices are fixed at booking: £6.95 per standard parcel, £24 per same-day run, £89 per week for a scheduled route, and £189 per half-day for the dedicated van and driver. Mileage beyond the five-mile core radius is charged at £1.20 per mile. Business accounts are invoiced monthly with 10% credit; all other jobs are payable at booking.

2. What we carry

We carry parcels, stock and equipment up to 500 kg per item. We do not carry: dangerous or hazardous goods, cash, items prohibited by law, or perishables requiring an unbroken cold chain unless agreed in writing. We may refuse any item at collection without charge if it falls outside these terms.

3. Collections and delivery windows

Same-Day Priority jobs are collected within a two-hour window of booking. Standard parcels deliver next working day within the core zone. Scheduled routes run at agreed time windows. If we miss a window for reasons within our control, the affected fee is refunded or credited.

4. Liability

Every item carries £50 of liability cover as standard. Declared-value cover is available at 1.5% of the declared value and must be agreed before collection. Our total liability for any job is capped at the greater of the fee paid and the declared-value cover purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

5. Packaging and access

Items must be packaged to survive normal handling. The customer warrants safe access and parking at both addresses; parking fines or access delays caused by the customer may be recharged at cost.

6. Cancellation

Cancel free of charge up to two hours before the collection window. Inside two hours, the job fee is retained. Scheduled routes may be paused with one week’s notice.

7. Complaints

Complaints go to info@freightwise.services or +44 7486 411535. We acknowledge within two working days and aim to resolve within ten.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
