What we collect and why

When you book a job we collect names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses — and any handling instructions you give us — so we can quote, collect and deliver. We use them for the performance of the delivery contract and to keep you updated on your job. Card payments, where taken, are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.

Retention

Job records are kept for 7 years for accounting and insurance purposes. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Delivery details are shared only with the named driver handling your job and, where relevant, the courier accepting a return on your behalf. Our hosting, email and accounting providers process data under contract, stored in the UK or EEA.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. This follows UK GDPR and PECR.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification or erasure of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, by emailing info@freightwise.services. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
